With a background in organisational studies and many years of experience as an organisational coach, facilitator and trainer, Raymond (1984) knows exactly how to get teams moving. Whether it’s leadership programmes, team development or addressing challenging group dynamics — he guides with calmness, humour and a sharp sense of what’s needed. 
At Domaine Rennepont, he is always on the move. He loves being outdoors, there’s always something to work on, he effortlessly sets up the logistics for a wedding and runs the bar team as if he’s done it all his life. Practical, hands-on, yet always attentive to people — and that works perfectly here.

Susanne (1981) has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and event management. She has worked for well-known brands, including ING and Center Parcs, and knows how to turn an idea into a well-organised experience where every detail is taken care of. 
At Domaine Rennepont, she combines her love of organising with creativity and a strong sense of structure. She welcomes guests with warmth, ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and thinks along about styling, atmosphere and overall experience. Always creating something special — with attention and joy.
